Fan-Rated Boxes
If your existing box was a standard light box, we replace it with a fan-rated UL-listed box — the only safe way to support a moving load overhead.
Downrod Sizing
Vaulted ceilings need the right downrod for blade-to-floor clearance AND airflow. We measure, calculate and install — not guess.
Smart Control
Lutron, Bond, Hampton Bay Smart and integrated Wi-Fi fan control — wired so you can dim, reverse and schedule from your phone or hub.

Most handymen will not touch ceilings above 12 feet because they don't own the equipment to do it safely. We bring scaffolding or articulating lifts when needed, protect your floors with drop cloths, and do the whole install without putting a single mark on your walls.
Adding a fan where there isn't one?
We can run a new switched circuit from your nearest accessible point, fish it through the ceiling, install a fan-rated box and a wall switch — usually without opening drywall in any visible location.
If it wobbles when we leave, we did not finish.
A wobbling fan is a balance problem or a mounting problem — and we don't leave until we've solved both. Every install gets balanced, tested at all speeds, and warrantied against vibration, hum or premature bearing failure.
