New Construction Wiring
The wiring you put in today is the wiring you live with for 30 years.
Synergy is the electrical trade of choice for custom-home builders, commercial GCs and developers across Southwest Florida. We wire new construction the way it should be — designed for the loads you have today, the loads you'll add in five years, and the loads the next owner will inherit in twenty.
From conduit infrastructure for future EV chargers and solar inverters, to oversized service entrances, to neutral and ground systems that exceed minimum code, our rough-in standard is set by what we'd want in our own homes — not by what a developer's value-engineer would cut.

Three disciplines under one trusted roof.
Custom Residential
Ground-up wiring for custom homes — designed in partnership with your GC, architect and interior designer from foundation to final-trim.
Commercial Build-Outs
Tenant improvements, ground-up commercial, switchgear and distribution coordinated against the project's critical-path schedule.
Future-Proof Infrastructure
Conduit, sub-panel rough-ins and reserved breaker space for the EV charger, solar inverter, battery bank and pool automation you may add later.

Our rough-in standard is documented and photographed.
Every Synergy new-construction job is photographed wall-by-wall before drywall — labeled, dated and saved to your project file. Twenty years from now when someone opens a wall in your home, the existing wiring will still be traceable and labeled at the panel.

Oversize the panel. Always.
An extra 10 or 12 breaker positions at rough-in cost almost nothing. Adding them after the fact requires a sub-panel and a service call. We default to oversized panels with reserved capacity — your project, your kids' renovation, your future EV all benefit.
We show up. We finish. We answer the phone in year ten.
Trade no-shows and missed inspections are the single biggest source of schedule slippage on residential and commercial construction. Synergy crews show up on the scheduled day, finish what's scheduled, pull our own permits and inspections, and answer the phone when the owner calls back years later.
A predictable, four-step process.
Design coordination
We meet with the GC, architect, owner and designer to define scope, fixture schedule and infrastructure plan.
Rough-in
Service entrance, panel, branch circuits, low-voltage conduit and infrastructure — pulled, stapled, labeled, photographed.
Trim
Devices, fixtures, panels, generators and controls installed and commissioned.
Closeout
Panel schedule, as-built drawings, warranty paperwork and a project photo file delivered.
A few of the installs we are proud of.
